OLD- Nisolo

I love the shoes I purchased from Nisolo. They're beautiful and comfortable. The only reason I can't put five stars is that I wore through the heel in a month and I did not wear them everyday. I do live in SF and walk to work but this was pretty fast even for me. I took them to a cobbler to fix because I love them so much. But this might affect how many Nisolo shoes I purchase.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe--it's clearly well made and it looks much more expensive than it is. My only concern is that as a city dweller, I walk everywhere, and I'd love to see a rubber layer on the sole and heel for durability. As it is, I know I'll wear holes in the leather sole quickly, so I'll have to have a cobbler add additional taps to prevent that from happening. I know it ruins the beautiful aesthetic of a leather sole, but it's quite impractical if you walk a lot. Other than that I'm super impressed with Nisolo's quality, aesthetic, attention to sustainability and social justice, and incredible value for price!

love the shoes ive purchased but the quality is quite at a 5 star. i got the sarita wedge when they first came out and within 2 weeks the rubber sole was coming off near the toe. you replaced them (thank you!) but the same thing is now happening to that pair.

Nisolo has a great business model. The range of designs in shoes could be improved but no complaints on my purchases to date. They are well built and still look good. Thanks!

While I love the shoes, I have noticed inconsistency in sizes of the same shoes. Also, some shoes such as sandals tend to have too narrow foot beds. A+ for the customer service.
