I've only had these shoes for a day but I'm in love. They fit perfectly, are very flattering and are soooo comfortable! Well worth the price. Will definitely be buying more Nisolo!

i purchased a pair of Emilio chukkas about a year ago. very satisfied - they look great and are very comfortable right out of the box. recently, i noticed that the rubber on the heel need to be replaced (standard shoe upkeep), and upon inspection realized that there was another issue with the heel. i called nisolo customer service and sarah and belinda were amazing. they offered to send me a replacement pair at no charge. first pair was steel, the second was oak. both colors were beautiful, particularly the oak - nice and rich, almost chocolate-y. a great product supported by great customer service is a great thing, and nisolo has it.
