I now have two pairs of your shoes and have been very pleased with them. When I have needed help or had a question, your customer service representatives have been kind and patient.

I absolutely adore nisolo and have loved every shoe I've purchased. I'm happy you have added the videos like ever lane to show how each shoe looks in real life. I could have used that for a few of the shoes I purchased because they weren't what I expected. I think also maybe trying to be more specific on your size guides on the website. I love the instagram videos where you talk about how the shoe initially fits and how it will stretch. Add those to your website!!

If I could buy every article of clothing Nisolo I would! Quality and service is top notch, never lacking!

I haven't been able to purchase any Nisolo products because they don't come in my size (5.5). But I appreciated the thoughtful conversation I had with folks about that, I find the products very attractive, and I hope perhaps to buy some boots in the future.
