I love Nisolo shoes, and the customer service is responsive and great. One challenge I do have is the inconsistency of shoe sizings: some seem to run small/really small and some seem to be true to size - I could never tell until I ordered to try them on, just too many "surprises". I tried research online to see what other people say about sizing too, it is just not easy to find the "truth". I hope you can allow product comments on your website, other buyers' feedback on sizing will help me so much. The free exchange/return is great, but it is a lot of hassle and I tend to try to avoid returns because I feel bad for the trouble your warehouse has to go through as well. But the result is I end up with shoes half a size too big, and not the most satisfactory with that. Overall still a great fan of your products - designs and quality, hope you guys keep up the great work!
