OLD- Nisolo

Nisolo is absolutely one of my very favorite companies. A beautifully product that is ethically produced and creates prosperity for global artisans. I wear a pair everyday and am proud to be a walking billboard for this awesome company.

Very quick and timely response. I was expecting to have to pay for something and the fact that you just sent replacement laces for free blew me away. Awesome!

Your company and products are great. The only non-athletic shoes I purchase. Only recommendation - please, please bring back your boat shoes, a wonderful shoe!

Pretty much all of my shoes are from Nisolo, I'm obsessed. I love how transparent the company is about sourcing and manufacturing, and your commitment to fair wages and safe working environments. The shoes are so chic, and shockingly comfortable. If I had one thing to complain about, it's that the shoes don't come with any kind of rubber soles or traction. I sometimes bring them to a cobbler to add them (but he also ruined the color of my boots, SO sad), but it'd be nice if they could be done with the same sustainability and craftsmanship as the rest of the shoe! That is my only complaint. Otherwise, Nisolo is stellar.

Customer service was great and wait times were very breif unfortunately the size guide seems a little off. I have been a size 13 for the past 7 years but the size 13 is much too large and even the size 12 is too large
