I recently bought new (used) skis and snow pants. The tech in the basement who helped me pick out skis and adjust the bindings to my boots was fantastic. When I bought the pants, the cashier was really friendly - our hats sparked a short conversation about favorite bands. Great gear, great shopping experience!
