Website is well organized and easy to browse. The prices are great especially when you can hit a sale! Shipping was fast - was just disappointed that one of my items was refunded and no replacement offered.

Everything about these bras is great, except for the padding inside. Everytime I pull side down to feed, the padding gets all bunched up and I have to try to move it back into place, which is not easy.

Customer service and return was good! My purchase just wasn’t exactly what I wanted . Also thought it was made in Canada but made in China. Designed in Canada. Purchase and return went smoothly.

Product wise, the nursing tshirts are pretty nice and flexible. As for bras, I got the enrich bra but the foam inserts are wrinkly and I have never had issues with other nursing bras from elsewhere but customer support says to not wash them that often and need to manual smooth it out within the bra. The insert came wrinkled though so not a washing issue for sure and it feels like a defect or design issue to me. Spent more than 10 minutes adjusting but it still ends up wrinkled on the edges which is quite annoying as it's very obvious when I look at it. It feels fine overall though so it may be a one off.
