Good first experience
I got a lot of value from the conference, people came to learn, share, and very open to networking and meeting new people. For me, I enjoy speakers vs panels, as the panels seemed to deliver mostly high level value on topics vs learning a deep perspective from a respected speaker. The attendees were a great mix of bankers and vendors, not too heavy in any direction. I would have liked some more networking time after sessions. You guys do a great job of having the remix questions and getting people talking, but then rolling right into another talk would be best to have a break so people can naturally keep networking.
I do have to say that the IBM talk about AI was a low point for the conference (maybe the worst I've heard at any conference) and would suggest evaluating how good of a partner they are to your organization. He insulted all the VPs in the room by making a joke about their job titles, he upstaged the conf by stating he had to leave to go somewhere else, acknowledged he didn't create his presentation slides, didn't teach the audience anything and wasted the audience's time without delivering value. With it being early on in the conf I felt trapped, and clearly IBM doesn't value this audience or your event.
