My wife looked in to this company one of the things she noticed it said easy return if your not happy.not eady at all the msttress was awfull hurt my wifes back etc.so i tried to communicate with them not easy they dont take phone calls splitit who hold your money dont just hold the payment they hold the full amout so it renders your credit card usless for anything else .i told them i wanted to return the mattress what a mess they offered me 40% off to keep it i thought ok but o no the money went to splitit and they not only kept that but deducted more money from my wifes credit card so i said right i dont want the mattress so eventually the BHF came and took it away so i adked for my full refund that was sent to split it who have kept my money i have no mattress and no refund do not use this company i wi we taking legal action if this is not resolved within the next 7 days bloody awfull service DO NOT USE !
