Lack of information

Yes, I received my juicer and it works well, although I’ve only used it once for the first time on 12 Jan as I’ve been waiting for the ebooks to become available so I have some recipes to follow. I’m disappointed that I haven’t yet received access to them as I have emailed Charles Gumbley directly and was told that they are being updated and have asked if I could please have the older version but have had no response to my request. Also, I don’t have any instruction or recipes as to how to use the sorbet or icecream maker. I have no idea what or how to use this. One of the reasons I purchased the Naturopress over some other brands was because it said you can make sorbet and icecream. I also asked a question about the use of ice in the machine as I saw on your website a juice that used ice but the instruction manual says not to use ice in the machine, so that is a bit confusing for me, can someone please confirm??
Overall, I think I will be happy with the machine once I can use it properly, but so far I’m not impressed with the lack of followup. I don’t believe you should be selling a product without supplying all the necessary information to use it to it’s fullness.
