Shipping was a bit slow, but that's due to the made-to-order nature of these mattresses, and it was more than worth the wait. The local shipping company was outstanding, and very communicative about delivery. High level of customer service all around, and very happy we went with Naturepedic vs one of their competitors, including Avocado.

I'm super happy I found this! Very chemical and scent sensitive and this has no detectable smell! It's thin but warm and breathable! So happy with it! I hope it lasts!
