The best paints and varnish

I recently bought Blue Ridge Yellow Ocher, Pink Pipestone, Hematite (Blue Ridge), and Maya Blue pan watercolors and Crystal Water Varnish. These products are wonderful. The colors are deep and interesting and could only come from nature. I love the finished, but still warm and natural, look that the crystal varnish gives. And that there is a varnish with absolutely no unpleasant smell and that I know is not putting any harmful chemicals into the air. Thank you so much for making these items!

Just what I needed . . .

As difficult as it was to find good information on Japanning woodworking tools, finding some of the necessary ingredients required by old recipes was even more challenging. And finding a good resource for Asphaltum wasn't as easy as stopping in at the local art supply store. Fortunately, Natural Pigments carried what I needed. They offered reasonable amounts, good pricing and fast shipping. I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to shop at Natural Pigments for Asphaltum and many other items that I use.

The best oil paint on the market.

I almost exclusively use Rublev because of their high quality pigments and prompt customer service. There is no company that offers colors as rich and brilliant as Rublev.

Rublev More than just a "Happy Medium"

I've come to love and rely upon Oleogel and Italian Varnish in my oil painting practices. I like the way both behave. I don't combine them, but prefer a little Oleogel when doing plein air and Italian Varnish for portraiture. I'm still trying to narrow it down to just one "go to" medium between the two, but both have made me a huge fan.
