For year I have been using my palette of warm and cools of the primary colors for all of my water media paintings and had good results. Now that I’m working in oil paint, portraits have become a struggle for me with my techniques. So I purchased the Roger de Piles Flesh Tone Set. Problem solved!

Getting accurate information on materials, applications, and historical use is a refreshing welcome for those of us whom work in professional isolation by choice. However, if I received materials in a proactive stance (which I am willing to pay for in advance) I suspect my learning curve would improve exponentially. Bring it on.
