I use this lead alkyd ground on copper. I find that two thin coats works best, leaving a satin base after a light sanding on the final coat. I paint miniature landscapes. I use gloves, and a dust mask outside for safety. A fine product.

I'm new to oil painting and had learned about this product after watching a YouTube tutorial of Andrew Tischler's where he was talking about Oleogel. I'm so happy that I bought and tried this product. What a difference it has made with both mixing and painting with oils.

Peace of mind! I am happy to have the proper cleaning product for use with my excellent Rublev lead white and cadmium paints. It has almost no scent, which is preferred. The product provides moisture also. I thought I might need to follow it up with some lotion, but it was not necessary. Great addition to my studio.
