I'm an outlier. I take this every night and have taken melatonin for years. I started with a 300mcg capsule, but found I needed 2 so I switched to this. Dissolves fast, works like a dream (pun intended). Your body makes melatonin until your 40s, when the level drops. Depending on circumstances, it can drop slowly or quickly. I'm in my 60s. I have no qualms about nightly supplementation.

Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was ok and worth the wait.

I like this better than the collagen I have been using.
