I wish you would send the acidophilus in a cold pack!

I have bought Natural Factors from other retailers and it was always sold from a fridge or arrived in an insulated cooler bag to preserve its freshness and the bacterial strains, so I was very disappointed when it arrived directly from the company with no cooler bag. In fact it arrived on a warm day and the package was even warm to the touch and so not happy with the shipping.

1. what's with companies like this neglecting a full disclosure of ingredients? 2. what's with the prohibitive high prices on supplements that do have data that demonstrates their effectiveness.
