Just okay. I don't feel completely calm - just takes an edge off when my anxiety starts ramping up.

The bottle had a few broken capsules in it. All the capsules were coated with an oily substance - I assume it was the Omega 3 oil from the broken capsules. Plus there was a puddle of oil in the bottle. I assume that was also the same oil. It was all inside the bottle. There were no signs of damage on the bottle or on its carton or on the shipping box.
