Natural Pigments Europe

I’ve ordered pigments at various suppliers, and the pigments of NP are undoubtedly the finest when it comes to particle size. Great!

The webpage says you get free postage over 100 Eur but this is failing at checkout - I am good to pay for postage but it is confusing. I guess it is some problem with web functionality across US and EU versions.

Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, den deutschen Shop überhaupt zu finden, landete immer auf der amerikanischen Seite, obwohl ich in D bin. Die Bestellung selbst war reibungslos und schnell möglich. Auch die Lieferung kam schnell. Wenn ich wieder etwas benötige, werde ich wieder bestellen.

Whilst the items are beautiful and the actual online experience ok. I was as a UK customer hit with an £85 customs bill I was not expecting. It soured my experience. It apparently is detailed in small print on the site but I didn’t see it at the time of ordering. It made expensive paints really expensive. I know this is not the companies fault but feel that there should be a pop up if you are ordering in the uk that says that there will be duty to pay that’s additional. That way you can make an informed choice to proceed. Even if you don’t then pay anything that’s a win as a consumer.
