Fast shipment!

The shipping service was excellent: the delivery time for a product in Europe was even faster that I was expecting. An earlier NP delivery got missing in action (but was quickly replaced): this time all went well.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a selection of Rublev Watercolor half pans. After trying them I fell in love right away. The colors are great and the paint is very pigmented. I've had other watercolor paints before from well know brands, but these paints are something different. I love that I now can do some modern works with historic pigments. . . but of course I try some more traditional works too. By now I've completed my collection with another order and even have ordered a small selection for traveling and doing plein air as well. Can't wait to use these outside. One of the 48 colors I ordered couldn't be activated and the color itself was off, but customer service was very helpfull to solve the issue.

The shipping to my village in rural France is always successful and rather quit.
