I was very pleased with the prompt delivery. The products seem to perform very well. I was surprised when I first used the Venetian white there was a sizeable air pocket in the tube of paint thus reducing the quantity of paint in the tube.

I love the professionalism, expertise and information that your company shows. However, I seem to have a problem with the Canadian website. I want to order brushes, but they are not listed and when I asked for information about having 5hem shipped from the USA, there seemed to be a problem. I don’t like to complain but, in my humble opinion, more attention needs to be placed on the Canadian website and market.

Its a problem when the wrong item was shipped to me. Other than that I am happy to finally have a Canadian store to help me with art products. I am overall very content with the quality of my items and I hope that this never changes.

I ordered a can of Wax Paste and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately, it was not a "smooth paste" as it was described on the website, it was much harder, almost the texture of a solid candle. I had to buy some mineral solvents in order to be able to work it into a paste soft enough for mixing with oil paints. I'm sorry to be critical but the actual experience with the product was very different from the way it was described on your website. Perhaps the description could be changed to make it more accurate.

I like the company but I find the oil paint a bit too gritty for my liking.
