I noticed that you have couple of products out of stock special on Canadian website.

I was very pleased with the prompt delivery. The products seem to perform very well. I was surprised when I first used the Venetian white there was a sizeable air pocket in the tube of paint thus reducing the quantity of paint in the tube.

I love the professionalism, expertise and information that your company shows. However, I seem to have a problem with the Canadian website. I want to order brushes, but they are not listed and when I asked for information about having 5hem shipped from the USA, there seemed to be a problem. I don’t like to complain but, in my humble opinion, more attention needs to be placed on the Canadian website and market.

Its a problem when the wrong item was shipped to me. Other than that I am happy to finally have a Canadian store to help me with art products. I am overall very content with the quality of my items and I hope that this never changes.
