Great. My package was misdelivered, presumed lost; no photo was attached to the UPS notice that it was delivered. Response from NP was immediate. A week or more later, the new neighbors next door delivered it to me. NP did not replace the order but waited to hear from UPS, which may not have ever happened but at least I did get my package.
