I love all the products and they have done wonders to my skin. However, I find some of the packaging (for the moisturising cream and the travel size products) not good - the pumps have broken on nearly all of these on several occasions and so I have to unscrew the bottle and scrape out the products, its very frustrating!

I lost quite bit of serum on my last order which hasn't been replaced. Packaging was bad. I also find that there is no much help when i seek advise.I feel that mask re balancing and exfoliates should be in different type packaging.because you can't use the pump on them because of thick texture.
