Great set-up and the auto clean function is fantastic. However, the suction could be stronger. I take it out of my nose and it just puts out. The Navage doesn't do that. That is the ONLY advantage of having a Navage. I've had 7 sinus surgeries do to major sinus disease with another one coming up. So I use this twice a day with steroids and antibiotics mixed in. Very impressed with everything but suction. I would still choose this over the Navage anyway.
