As a physician my review is based on effectiveness of the machine. It works quite well. Important to follow instructions carefully including positioning of the jaw. My ears feel a bit “ full”after use but that may be my particular anatomy and frequent flying. I recommend this for anyone dealing with sinusitis, allergies, etc
