Joe and Eddie was very helpful answered all my questions. They took their time. They both Instruction in detailed about the maintenance and cleaning and how often I use it between days weeks and months . The manufacturer does not go over this . The manufacturer said every 500 shots you do an oiler cleaning kit. The manufacture did not specify how long between the times ??!!!! And After the 9th CO2 use an oiler CO2 I first purchased a Byrna LE through the manufacturer then it started to malfunction. I purchased a SD and a CL through The Nakestore in person I got to practice at the range I took the civilian class got certified now I’m well equipped I frequently use my SD and CL every other week and I practice the permanent maintenance. I had not have any problem since I’m very thankful for nakestore the number one authorized dealer in California .
