N-ear

I have nothing but compliments for this company. I’ve ordered two ear pieces and love them both. I also ordered a PTT for my radio. I erroneously ordered the wrong one and N-Ear promptly sent me a return label. I returned the product in the initial FedEx packaging and quickly got the correct piece and a full refund for the returned item. No complaints. I recommend N-Ear to all of my coworkers. 100% worth the price for the quality and customer service.

The clip that holds the ear piece to the vest or clothing broke after two weeks. (I didn’t fight anyone those two weeks) Other than that, liking the ear piece so far.

I sometimes have trouble getting out over the radio with my choice ptt mic when I’m in my car I’m not sure if that was a radio issue or mic issue, but i love the product and have 0 issues. Stays in place all day and forget i am wearing it until someone keys up.

I love my dual 360, my portable radio PTT, and both of my wireless PTTs (one on my patrol car’s steering wheel and the other on my rifle). And my department has budgeted this headset combination for the entire department for next year.

Worth the investment.
