Received package in a awesome fashion in great condition. Haven't had the time to use it just yet for I got it early due to me having baby next month, which I am hoping that it is as comfortable as it was advertised and does the job it needs to when time comes.

I feel like they were over priced for what I got out of them.

My purchase never arrived and the tracking still says estimated delivery as of 2/12. I have tried reaching out to inquire about status but have not received a response. Will likely report the charge as fraud on my bank account.

Never received item and tried multiple times to get an update and refund and no response.
