I ordered the wrong size initially and had difficulty getting them to send me the documents to return the shoes. However their actual product is excellent!

The shoes are too expensive for how quickly they wear out. They only last 1-2 months before the toes wear out

For the price, not great. These used to be my favorite shoes for babies but we couldn’t get them on him.

Returns are more complicated than most online retailers

Think it’s ridiculous to have to pay for returns! I’m only buying again to see if my baby likes them and can walk in them. Doubt I’ll purchase again!
