MyPakage - CANADA

I placed an order on Nov 25th and as of Dec 11th It still hasn’t arrived. I emailed MyPakage and was assured it was on the way. I might have upgraded from the “free” 16 day shipping had that been an option.

When I discovered these, I threw away all of my other ginch because of the comfort and fit. I bought about 10 pairs. I now realize the life span is around 10 months. Rips at the elastic band and taint area on several pairs. I was in the canadian forces and those issued ones have lasted 6 years! Wouldnt buy again because of the easy wear and tear. Love the fit though! If i win the lottery I'll come back.

The product is wonderful. The customer service is certainly not. I will be buying the competition's product in the future.

Saxx is still king when it comes to separation underwear. Too much adjustment required to get your goods to fit into the hole.

Very comfortable boxers but at around $27 a pair I would expect them to hold up longer than 4 months. The pair I had were tearing at the seams. Submitted a claim to customer service and never heard anything back. I assume it wasn't covered being they were too "old" or some other reason which is cool I just won't be buying from them again.
