I ordered 2 pairs for my husband on black friday (this was our first ever order), he's been hinting about wanting to try them and I thought this would be a great early Christmas gift. They arrived on time but we noticed immediately when we took them out that they looked smaller than his usual briefs. When I requested an exchange for the next size up I was told that they can't exchange or refund anything that was sold while on sale! Really?!? How is a first time customer supposed to know that they run small?? Not very happy about that at all as we are now stuck with 2 pairs that are tight on my husband. Product looks great, quality looks good and when my husband tried them on he said they'd be great if they were a bit bigger. Very disappointed that they won't exchange

I do love the product - well, my husband does, but when I made a mistake in my order and noticed after I couldn't cancel my order. I understand that this could be problematic for you, however, if the order is still set as unfulfilled, I think I should be able to cancel the order.

Quality is average

Although there is a lot of product line options I had a VERY limited design in my size

Product is decent but I didn't know what I ordered was out of stock until after I placed the order.
