I bought my spouse two pairs for our anniversary. The shipping is quick, the underwear look amazing (and feel great too, I'm told!) My spouse's one pair unfortunately was defective and the material ran/got a hole the first time worn. I reached out to the quality control team- and they sent another pair out after submitting a simple form/supplying a few pictures! Amazing customer service- super friendly! Will be back to buy more, especially with Christmas coming up.

Website didn't update shipping status so I called care and Jake helped update my shipping status which was delivered on time. Ordered from them before and will continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service and excellent products.
