Review of my experience
I was very disappointed with your company and would not consider myself one of your customers. When I attempted to buy from your company and utilize your free shipping I was informed there was a weight limit then when your rep did more research they found that your company did not even have the product but your company would have gladly taken my money and who knows if I would have gotten back as there is no phone number for customer service only email. I will not attempt to do business with your company again.

Potential Order
I was all ready to place an order and my order came to $61.80. It said in your page that orders $50 and over gets free shipping. I continue to go to check out and continues to charge me shipping. I sent you an email telling you of the problem I was having but I never got a response from you which told me that you were not interested in my business.

Very Poor Custormer Service
I have been trying to contact your company to discuss a return/refund since I received the product several weeks ago! I have left several phone messages with my number; sent numerous e-mails and have not received any response from either of the methods. It is very poor customer service!

there is no customer service!! after your purchase, there is noone to talk to, and no email reply. It's like "just give me your money, and have a nice day, thank you"
