I'm a fairly new customer with MBM and so far, don't have much to complain about. Prices and shipment seem to be reasonable. Customer service seem to be pretty good and understanding. The only complaint I have is...customers shouldn't be allowed to purchase items that are out of stock. Other than that, I do plan to continue shopping with MBM in the future.

Shipment was a bit slow. It took about a week before products shipped. I didnt find out that two of the items I purchased was not in stock until AFTER I reached out inquiring about the shipment. I didnt understand why I was able to purchase a product that was unavailable. The rep provided good customer service and allowed me to pick another item as a replacement. Items arrived neatly packed and in good condition.
