New System of Ordering is NOT GOOD or EASY

I used to order Balance with ease and now with the new system I have to jump through hoops to get an order done. I have called for help and they were very nice but could not stream line the process. I am a LONG TIME customer and will switch to another company if something doesn't change. As I said, customer service was very nice but that doesn't solve the problem.

My balance has been revamped to be an automatic shipment and that sucks!!

I still like the food very much, but they have upgraded my balance to be more like my bistro were there forcing you to be on a plan where they send you meals every week. Not only them might not a fan of that, but I don’t want the same exact meals every week when I canceled it, they sent me the next meal and charge my credit card for that one and an additional one
