Website issues. When I inquired as to why I couldn't log in to the site I was notified that MyBalance was no longer in business. Very sad to hear that.

The food arrived via FedEx 3 full days late. The dry ice was gone and the food was warm, so everything had to be thrown away. I have been emailing for two days, asking for a refund, but no one has replied.

TOO MUCH PEPPER!!! I THREW THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX THAT ARRIVED YESTERDAY IN THE TRASH. I THOUGHT I HAD CANCELED DELIVERIES BUT KEEP GETTING THEM. I EXPECT ALL CHARGES TO BE REFUNDED!!!
