Inconsistent and melted deliveries. Too much hassle.

My last order wasn’t delivered. Took 3 emails to your customer service to get my credit card credited. Your telephone customer service number wasn’t even being answered.

Not a great time to ask me to give you a rating. Food has been good, but my last box has not yet arrived. Was emailed that it was going to be late and given a new date of arrival. 2 days later it still has not arrived. Wondering where it is and when I do get it if it will still be good to eat???

Was not impressed. A couple of the meals I found inedible and threw away. I wouldn’t buy again even with the discount.
