Too much Heat is used, specially in the vegetarian food, as a seasoning by the chefs but it adds NO flavor at all. The high amounts of heat burns my mouth. We would be happy with some flavor.

All the food seems to taste the same. Same green beans that are not cooked.

The food is good but the service is TERRIBLE. It took several MONTHS for the delivery service to place the box on the back patio (maybe 30 feet from the front - when left at the front, the box was stolen). The past SIX orders have been incorrect (missing items, wrong items, etc. ) prompting a partial refund. It is frustrating to constantly have to follow up with email/communications to point out errors to get refunds. It is always remedied but. . . Just get it right!

Food tastes oko

Ongoing problems with orders. Either a wrong meal was sent, missing meals, but still being charged, product not frozen when received. Customer service has been fantastic at resolving each issue, but I keep having issues.
