The meals and snacks are very delicious and healthy. It doesn't feel like I'm eating a frozen dinner, but more like reheating yummy leftovers. I appreciate the lower sodium because I can control it myself.

Delish!!! I’ve tried a bunch of meal deliveries and this one is perfect for me. No worrying about having to eat a weeks worth of meals by the expiration and these are not swimming in oil like some of the other services I’ve tried. Add a salad and done! And A+ for a variety of meals to choose from. My only complaint was that it was Hard to decide which ones to get!

Bistro MD are the best tasting&quality frozen meals out there. I'm getting used to the new subscription program. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone and through emails have been very patient&helpful to my questions. They are so nice!
