This is the best “cleanse” program I’ve ever experienced. Amazing results and yet really achievable and something one can continue well past the 2 weeks.

It took me years to find a protein powder that didn’t taste “chalky” and didn’t clump up. This protein powder blends very smoothly and it’s very tasty. I love the mochaccino and cocoa-nut flavors the best :)

I was on the fence about starting any diet/program as I always felt "I could do this myself". After not getting the results I was looking for, I gave My Custom Cleanse a shot. In the initial two weeks of this program, I lost 12 pounds and 1% of bodyfat and at no point did I feel like my plan was a struggle. The team at My Custom Cleanse has made the go-forward plan easy to follow and I still get some cheat meals mixed in! Looking forward to the continued results!

Love how I feel now

Great service always!
