One of the pawns has a broken head at delivery, how can that be replaced ?

Multiple delays, wrong stock values which caused the delays, product comes from India so there will not be a quick delivery. At this point your time becomes the commodity that gets wasted here. They charge you market price for slow service. I’m only giving this a 2 star because it was good quality.

I ordered this set as a gift and when it came, I was disappointed that the pieces were not what was advertised. Most notably, the knight came without wings, a rather important feature of Pegasus so really it was just a horse. Same with Zeus. No lightening bolt, beard, or robe - just a rather nondescript man. Same with the queen and bishop but you get the idea. I reached out and they initially tried to say that because they are handcrafted pieces there might be some variations. I explained that they were completely different designs and pointed out the errors and they did agree. I should also note, the pieces also come with a lot more of a distressed look than what the photos indicate which I guess can be attributed to them being handmade but its very deceiving. They agreed to send new pieces. Great! Perfect! After some back and forth over a few days they said it was shipped. Waited a week and nothing so I reached out to which they responded that - nope, it was never shipped. They don't know when it will be shipped either. A few days short of a month since I purchased and I still don't have the set I paid for. I will update this review if the correct pieces ever arrive but at this point in the process, I can't help feeling like I have been scammed.
