Recently, while sourcing a re-arm kit for my Mustang PFD's I learned that there was an outstanding product recall dating to 2015. Within 2 days of returning the old units to Mustang, two brand new units showed up on my doorstep. Thank you Mustang. Amazing product service!

Mustang replaced a hood I ordered to replace one that did not fit an older brand jacket I bought. They replaced the new hood FREE OF CHARGE. I highly recommend buying from Mustang online in order to get the correct gear a person needs.

We have owned a Mustang HIT vest since 2011. In that time has been used twice, both on purpose as a sort of fun functional test. Both times it worked flawlessly. After the most recent inflation, I could not get the unit to show green in the indicator window. I called customer service and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, they conveyed that our vest had reached the end of its supported service life. That was disappointing news but I do understand that safety sensitive items do have a specific lifespan. I ended up purchasing another Mustang HIT vest at our local marine supplier and fully expect the same reliability and lifespan out of this one as well.
