The team were great and very responsive when I needed to return a mat that did not suit our decor (I recommend getting samples before you purchase as colours can be slightly cooler-toned than the website photos). The refund was processed very quickly and I was able to purchase a new mat that is perfect. However, the returns courier Aramex was tricky to work with, postponing pickup at the last minute repeatedly for a week. We ended up going through Pack n Send which cost around $90 from Sydney to Brisbane. Nevertheless, we love our new playmat and the quality is great.

Product looks great and I was able to pre-order for the out- of-stock design I wanted. I was advised that re-stocking would be late July/early Aug. Would have liked a little more notice than one day for dispatch & delivery - we were away on holiday from 15th to 24th July and it was delivered 16th July. Only found out when i checked my email several days later. A heads-up that they were back in stock earlier than expected and ready for dispatch would have allowed me to make other arrangements. Luckily the mat was there when I sent someone around to check on it.

The packaging was damaged slightly when it was delivered however the box was thick enough that the actual product was not damaged inside
