I purchased my play mats four days before the free-gift promotion started, and the products had just arrived and were still unopend. I contacted customer service to ask whether I could also receive the free gift, especially since I bought two large mats. However, the response I received was that they tell me to make another order to get the free gift before promotion ends. I already bought two large mats- there is no reason for me to purchase more just to receive a promotional gift.
