Lovely product and fast shipping. Product arrived in great condition too.

Bought my 6 th playmat (5 were gifts) and the week after they went on sale. Apparently nothing could be done about it. Really disappointed.

Nice colours and feels comfy under foot. Would have liked it to be firmer/more supportive like some similar playroom mats

Such a lovely play mat, both in thickness and design. I do wish the colours were a little more saturated and varied (lots of blues/greens), but this is personal preference. The photos on the listing showed the reverse side as being the tartan/checker print, but only the large size has that and the other sizes has the reverse as blue confetti. I later realised it detailed this in the description, but I didn’t notice when purchasing. Very minor and the blue confetti pattern is still nice!

This is the 3rd mat I have purchased from munchkin and bear. The quality is good and it's a great product for babies and toddlers. I however, took one star off for customer service. I had to contact them to change my order. I explained the situation and instead of being meet with a decent response i was sent a payment link and a super dismissive response back. It's really put me off purchasing again, as I feel I'm just a dollar sign now and not a valued customer. In this day and age customer service is everything especially when there are numerous competitors out there now. I hope their customer service can improve for new and returning customers.
