This business provides excellent service. I ordered a playmat and unfortunately the wrong one was delivered. The staff have responded promptly to fix the issue and organise a replacement. The mat is so cushy and waterproof and the print is lovely (great multiuse as for homebirth then baby) My mat had some small cuts appear in it after several months and I we couldn't figure out why, and customer service was so helpful
