Item was sent without any protective packaging just the box in a bag. Maybe that’s why the time broke immediately on the first use. So disappointing

I ordered a "NEW" MU-77 iron, and what I actually received was clearly used. Soleplate completely covered in residue, scratches on the plastic body. Never again.

YOU need to let us know if it was made in the USA or not!!!!
