I'll give you a 5 star rating based on the Customer Service provided. This was a Xmas gift, but didn't arrive until 12/29/21. Shipping issues was no fault of your own, but all the people involved made delivery of the product before the recipient left the delivery location. (Recipient lives in another state.)
