I ran 185 bags through the mixer on my very first use averaging about 45 bags an hour.

It arrived 2 days earlier than expected. It's pretty well packaged, would take a lot to damage the Mixer inside. Haven't had to use customer service yet, but I got an email asking if I needed any help.
