Exterior of shipping box had a few rough spots . But machine was packed well and no damaged. I’m a paper person . I would have rather had paper assembly instructions. Video was a pain in the ass

If your deciding to buy and have a need get it they are worth it.. i rented one for a project filling 24" sono-tubes for a carport and this machine chewed through a 2 pallets of 60lbs bag cement with no problems.. it impressed me so much i decided then i would purchase one when the need came, so yup i bought one and got a free hopper extendo shipping and coustomer service was great and could not be happier with the new mixer its awesome... GET ONE
